The only thing better than a chicken Caesar sandwich is if the bread is a croissant. I think everyone can agree that a Caesar salad is one of the best dishes out there, and adding some crispy fried chicken only makes it better. The chicken is double coated in a buttermilk batter and fried to perfection while the croissant is buttered and topped with some parmesan cheese to get a little crispy in the oven. To build, we simply add a little extra Caesar dressing, our fried chicken, Caesar salad, and some more parmesan for good measure.
