Dialed in new coffee beans (Barista Essentials -Cuba, four weeks old) on my Rocket Mozzafiato Fast R.
18,7g in, aimed for 44g out in 29 seconds. I’m blown away by the taste and can highly recommend them.

Did you know we have a [Coffee Bean Database](https://www.reddit.com/r/espresso/comments/1i17bed/introducing_the_respresso_coffee_bean_database_a/)? Thats a little too much coffee for me. Needs more crema imo.

    How did it taste?

Looks amazing but I suspect your beans are a little too fresh and require another few days to degass. Without knowing the origin and processing method of the coffee you are using, I like that you pulled a longer shot. I usually use 1:2.5 ratio for light roast naturals. I’d love to know more about the coffee!
