Nose: light herbs, hint of hay, honeysuckle
Palate: lemon zest, straw, medium Chardonnay body, decent acidity
Finish: longer than expected, lightly buttery
I’ve paid more for less impressive Chablis. I only have one bottle left. Hoping the 2023 comes out before I rip into it.
Personal Kirkland wine rule of thumb: The limited releases never miss. The rest you gotta try yourself.

Yeah that was good juice, I haven’t seen it for a year or more at my local 🙁
Kirkland Chablis is fire
I bought a case of the 2022. Still have a few left. Definitely Good. Have at least 4 left. Your description of the flavor profile is pretty much what I experienced.
Kirkland puts out consistently solid wines for the prices. Surprised how much love Kirkland gets and hate TJs gets on the sub though.
It’s good stuff, I always wondered what the deal with it was since it’s classified premier but no vineyard listed – is it a blend of premier sites?
I bought one bottle of this when it was on sale this year. I can’t remember when that was, though. Do you know approximately when it will likely come back around?
MISA Imports arranges some of their Kirkland bottlings sourced from very solid producers in their portfolio. I’ve never had any Kirkland labels, but I might stop by tomorrow and see what they have.
/s. Not needed
Such a shame they aren’t making this anymore.
I grabbed a few bottles of Barolo recently and NGL it’s better than some I’ve had for double the price point and more.
What’s up with the /s?
Domestic Kirkland wines are a hot mess. The imports are generally good values.
