
Dinner Time. Healthy and Fresh.
I toasted 2 very small slices of sliced French wheat bread / baguette, cut them up and add them to the salad to soak up all the juices.
Recipe:
Chopped tomatoes, cucumber and onion, feta cheese, Kalamata, olives, French bread croutons, olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, a little bit of garlic powder, and plenty of lemon juice.
This is one of my favorites.
I can add canned tuna or hard boiled egg or grilled chicken or grilled steak or baked fish to fill it up and give more protein. Depends on the day and how hungry I am. 🤗
