15 minutes and one pan is all it takes to make
this creamy coconut chicken noodle soup. The star of the show are these Coles Asia udon noodles.
They’re thick, chewy, and absorb all the flavour. It’s as easy as placing the noodles, vegies,
peanut butter, Coles Takeaway Thai Spice Mix, cooked shredded chicken, and sesame oil in a
pan. You could also swap out the chicken for some prawns. Then just pour over the chicken stock
and coconut milk. Cover and cook for 8 minutes or until the veggies are tender. And that’s how easy
it is. Top with bean sprouts, basil, coconut milk, and chilli oil. For the recipe, Google ‘Taste
