I wanted to try using some fresh herbs I got from a local farmers market, so I tried to include them into every dish. From top to bottom:
– cheese and olives (thyme and sage butter in the middle) – Porterhouse (rosemary) – focaccia (rosemary) – vegetarian lasagna (basil and oregano) – beef carpaccio (basil pesto) – torchietti with vegetarian bolognese (thyme and basil) – breaded veal (oregano and thyme in breading) – stuffed calamari (basil and thyme) – kale with Caesar dressing (sage)
All sauces and bread were homemade. Happy to share any recipes

Looks great! Idk if this is maybe not a thing in Italy, but I would massage that kale with a bit of oil first next time and it will be much nicer

That looks so good. What did you use to stuff the calamari?
