Just tried some wings and ribs. I think the wings came out better, but both were great. Any tips appreciated. Used hickory pellets, a rub that I made with paprika, gp, op, brown sugar, s&p. Brushed with different bbq sauces. Pulled chicken at 165 and ribs at 145.

    pulled the ribs way too early. you want more like 200 internal temp. I’d go longer with the wings too, around 190
