  1. Rolls in general are called maki. This one is a tuna roll.

    Makimono in general. These are Tekka Maki (because they have tuna).

  4. Tuna Maki. You plant those so they grow into Rainbow rolls

  5. Small rolls (typically only a small amount of one ingredient filling) are hosomaki, meaning thin roll.

    Regular rolls (one or more fillings) is just maki, meaning roll.

    Big rolls (more than one filling in large amounts) is futomaki, meaning thick/fat roll.

    This one specifically is tekkamaki: a hosomaki that contains raw tuna.
