this sweet salty taggy spicy and garlicky Dish used in Thai eggplants is so good and a must try wow this is superb thank you Alyssa Gwyn for this easy and flavorful recipe with only a few ingredients in a few steps cut the clean and stem tied eggplants into quarters and let them soak in a soft bath for 15 minutes there’s strain no need to rinse and add to a bowl along with fresh minced garlic fish sauce vinegar sugar and red pepper flakes give that a good mix

Yumm! I just found Thai egg plants at the local Asian store and made a stir fry with them! I was a little afraid about how they would taste but Wow they are delicious! Now I’m going to buy more and make this salad. It’s so fun to find a new vegetable and it turns out, where have you been all my life! 😂❤
