Found this setup to work the best at around 600 degrees. Have to let the stone get hot for a bit first then cook for around 10 mins. Grill then two eggspander type things stacked. Cooks the top and bottom evenly.

  2. I want to try this next. I just have the egg converter and a generic pizza stone. Is that all I need?

    I only smoke at 250-300. How long do I need to reach 600? Vents all the way open?
