
And by structured, I mean have the center of my bread not sink in. My sandwiches are typically really wobbly and don’t have very much structure to them compared to a lot of what I see others make.
Is it a bread problem? Is there a such thing as too much butter on the bread? Anything would be appreciated. Heres a picture of mine for reference on what I mean by it sinks in, hopefully you’re able to tell lol.

Use thicker, sturdier bread (like sourdough), don’t overload w fillings, toast both sides evenly,&avoid too much butter. Press lightly while grilling, not too hard. Try a cast iron too
