Yall I am tired! I have so much respect for sushi chefs. It was fun but I’m hating the cleans up process I made bit of a mess lol
I made a roll with cucumber, avocado, and imitation crab. The other roll was a shrimp mayo/sriracha mixture with avocado cucumber also.

Looks good. You will build some technique the more you do it. Sticky rice does make a gluey mess tho.
Wonderful first attempt. Nice, simple choice of ingredients. Much better than my first attempt, when I was arrested by the SPD (Sushi Police Department) for assault and battery on salmon.🤣
