The farmers market had Mayocoba beans so I picked some up.
-One pound of beans
-One onion diced
-Any meat you want to add. I had 1/4 lb of pot roast leftover.
-32oz beef broth
-32oz water
Everything in your crockpot. Low 8-9 hours. Put on cornbread and garnish with whatever you like. I use cheese and hot sauce.
