They give you a huge bowl of Tangsuyuk sauce! Most places give it to you in a small cup. Looks great!

    Looks good!

Did you pour the sauce on top or dip the pieces individually as you ate them?

You went with great choices that are winners!

  4. Pro tips!

Pour some vinegar on the onions and pickles.

Make yourself a little dipping sauce for the tang su yuk with soy sauce, vinegar, and chili pepper. I like mine with a tremendous amount of pepper, almost paste like, and more vinegar than soy.

Obscure tip: don’t be afraid to add chili to the jjm, and maybe towards the end, try adding a little vinegar to it.

Just missing jjampong I love getting the half jajangmyeon half jjampong. And sweet and sour pork is a must! “Sauce on the side” 👀😋

Their jajangmyeon is really good. Paik’s in Carrollton is also delicious, if you ever make your way up to newer K-town.

  7. Looks epic. I’m making jajangmyeon for dinner tonight myself.
