
I found a short video that explains what sirtuins do, which dr. Greger previously covered in his NAD+ webinar.
tl;dr, inhibits the action of problematic (inflammatory etc) DNA. Stops replication of DNA, kills older mitochondria and generates new young ones.
Ways to boost:
1-NMN: found in edamame, broccoli, cauliflower, avocado.
2- Resveratrol: grapes, berries, peanuts
