this is one of those recipes that you make once and then it just gets stuck on your regular rotations because it is so easy but it is so delicious We’re just going to slice and season a chicken breast and fry it And I love using the oil from a jar of sundried tomatoes And once it’s lightly charred on the outside and just about cooked through the center we’re going to remove it from the pan And then fry some garlic and a little bit of butter Then in with some tomato puree and give that a quick fry And then we’re going to create a sauce with some stock and cream And then add in some sundried tomatoes fresh basil fresh parmesan and spinach And all that’s left to do is to toss in the cooked pasta and the sliced chicken with all the resting juices
