Let me show you how to make some incredible homemade pizza. Look at its ass. M. Oh my god. To make our sauce, we’re going to use some peeled San Marzano tomatoes. I like to add a tiny bit of oregano. Then a light pinch of salt. Then we’re going to quickly blend this until smooth. I want you to toss your favorite pizza dough on the counter. You kind of want to grip the edges and let the weight of the dough kind of fall and stretch on its own. And please don’t be intimidated. I myself am a beginner as well. Then on a lightly flowered surface, I’m going to go in a gentle circular motion like this. Now you want to lightly flour your pizza steel. Carefully spread out a light layer of sauce. Then spread out lots of low moisture mozzarella. My favorite topping has been some beef salami. Give it a quick tap to make sure it slides. Then you kind of want to shake it to the edge. Set the dough at the end of the pizza steel and then quickly pull. You want to set your oven at 550 and put it on a really hot pizza steel. This pizza only needs 8 to 12 minutes depending on the oven that you have. Baby, I actually might cry. Quickly finish this with some Parmesan cheese. And listen, I promise you I’m not trying to be cute, but some hot honey makes this so good. Look at its ass.

  1. Small tip: Next time donโ€™t blend the tomatoes and use your hands instead to preserve all the goodness of that pomodori san marzano

  2. High moisture mozzarella will give you a better cheese pull… It just melts better than the low moisture….. personal preference I guess too..

  3. Habibi, thatโ€™s criminal. Donโ€™t ever eat the pizza like that. Good technique on the fold, but I donโ€™t know why you thought that was a good place to take the first bite.
