I've been told peppers are incredibly dramatic, particularly with frosts and cold weather.
Leading into last summer I had a great germination rate, got waaay too many plants and this one I jsut threw in the ground, terrible spot, lots of shade, pretty exposed and it's ended up being possibly my best bearing chilli plant for the summer.
But now, in the depths of winter, I've just pulled all of this off it.
Anyone else have stories of the little pepper plant that could, defying all logic?

ohh you give me hope. I am in europe and just throw seeds last week in middle of summer and plan to do it again next week. Hopefully they can give me hot peppers in winter. What kind of pepper is that? looks glossy and pretty. Fingercrossed.
What kind of pepper is this?? (Am in inner Melbourne and my habaneros are having a well deserved rest)
