This is not your average Biryani Chicken!
Hereβs a low-calorie version of the classic β juicy, full of flavor, and cooked without frying or heavy oils πβ¨
We marinate chicken thighs in yogurt, tomato paste, garlic, vinegar, and warm Arabic spices, then sear them in just a touch of healthy oil. After adding tomatoes and onions, we deglaze the bowl to keep all the flavor, pour it in, and let everything simmer. Finally, the chicken gets baked to golden perfection π₯
