Well, hello there friends. Quick little recipe today. The holidays I like to have a little sweet carrots under on the table and those have a perfect blender of sweet and sour. The perfect balanced gastric. It’s going to be delicious. I’m going to show you how to make it. They’re really simple and it takes a few minutes. I’m glad you’re here. Really easy to make those size a carrots. I love carrots. You know, sometime you get M, you can eat M. They’re so delicious inside to buy. M. They got nothing on them. I hope those are going to be good. Very simple, my friends. I got M in in cold water and h we just cut M up. There’s a a video on how to cut all the vegetables. You can cut M. I cut M however you want, friends. Don’t worry about it. Just don’t make them too big of a pieces. If they’re really big carrots, you want to cut them smaller because you want to make sure they kind of cook at the same time. Okay, we’re going to put a little salt in there. Measure carefully to spoon of salt. Okay, friends, they’re ready. I mean, you could almost eat m like that, but I beg you, I’m going to give him some flavor. So, look, I put a little butter in there, friends. Okay, butter is a friend. When somebody tell you bad is no good for you going out of the channel, butter is good. So, put a little butter in there. And I’m doing them in a walk to them in a fry pan. It doesn’t matter. We’re going to give it a little flavor. Okay. And and for flavor, I won’t give it a little orange flavor. So, um I have some orange concentrate or if you can’t find, you can find orange. It’s in the freezer section. Little bit of orange concentrate. And I also like to give you a little honey. I use aaca honey. Use whatever honey makes you happy. And you know, voila. I mean, it’s not very much honey. It’s about a tablespoon of honey. Maybe we put a little more lettuce. We’ll see what happen. Let’s give it a little spice to it. We’ll put a little Sriracha in there. Little hot sauce. You don’t have to do that. If you don’t like it, don’t worry. And then we’re going to put the zest of a first. Let’s not forget to put a salt and pepper in there. It is really simple. A we’ll put like a little black in there. A little salt and pepper. Well, I’m probably going to put a little bit more honey in a minute. And you know what I like to do? I like to give it a little a a sweet a balsamic vinegar. Just a little bit. This is a a a fig balsamic vinegar. An 18-year-old balsamic vinegar with whatever vinegar you got. Okay. And then we’re going to put the orange zest in there. And remember when you use the microplane greater friends, you put the tools on top of the orange, not the orange on top of the tool. Like so many dingdogs out there. See right there? It’s really very simple to do. And then we’re going to reduce that a little bit. I don’t want it to be too hot. And that’s it. That’s it, my friends. And we’re going to have this. Ah, we’ll test them to make sure they’re good. Just have fun with it. Don’t Don’t go out there measure measuring anything. You don’t need to measure for this. You really don’t need to measure for this. And at the last minute, I got the this up chop or row, whatever makes you happy. It is not complicated. This is the kind of style thing. You can also cook them in the oven if you want. Okay. The carrots drain them really good. Like I say, you can put M in the in the oven if you want to cook them in the oven. But I think it’s ah it’s much better if you cook them if you poach them. It’s matter of opinion. For instance, you do however you want to do it. Okay, you want to cook them in the oven, just cook them in the oven. I think you’ll enjoy them like that. We’re going to put a fresh PD at the last minute. And now, oh, you know what you could do also, friends? You could put some beautiful dye in there. All right, I have one day. Shoot, I’m forgetting the name. Ezra. Ezra gone gone gone. It’s delicious. It gives it a whole different flavor. And what are my friends? You you can reduce this for a second where your ah your glaze is a little thicker and that’s all you need my friends. And this will give you a carrot then takes only minutes to do really at the last minute. They look elegant on the plates. You can reduce the glaze just a little bit more. It’s up to you. And uh I think on a dinner table or next to a dish, it’s a whole different dimension of serving carrots. You can finish them up with a little more flow cell maybe or a black paper.
