So the very first peppers (Buena mulata) I've ever grown are coming up split in half. Is this fasciation? The peppers that came next look normal like in the last picture.

  1. I’m growing this as well. My first one was weird too. I cut it off, because I didn’t like how it looked. Hit it with a little fertilizer in a week I had so many blooms forming and everything else afterwards looked well 😝

    those arms will pack a punch. they are a continous line of placental tissue with a little bit of flesh on it

  4. Am I the only one feeling like we see more and more of these? I also have mutations this year on several unrelated chili plants
