Lebanese Fattoush Salad

This Lebanese Fattoush Salad is a vibrant Middle Eastern salad that combines crunchy vegetables, fresh herbs and homemade pita chip tossed with a tangy pomegranate vinaigrette.

[Music] Fresh, tangy, and full of flavor. If you ask me what salad I can eat every single day, I will always say fatous salad. Fatous salad is a hearty middle salad full of fresh greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, lots of fresh mint and parsley. And I like adding sweet pomegranate seeds for a bit of tartness. But what makes fatous salad so desirable are the crispy pita chips. I like to bake mine for about 12 to 15 minutes in a 400°ree oven until perfectly golden brown. Once your salad is all layered up, pour over that tangy pomegranate dressing with honey and sumac that makes all those fresh flavors pop. How good does that look? [Music]
