Burger night! This week’s special had home ground chuck and sirloin tip smash patties, yellow American and LoL Hot Pepper American, homemade roasted garlic and caramelized onion dip, bacon crumbles, and burger sauce, on a buttered and griddled homemade bun.

That looks delicious.
What’s the flattop you are using? I’m currently using a plancha on top of my regular gas grill and it’s not ideal. Not sure if I can rationalize a real flattop for smash burgers but I sure would like to try it.
Also carbon steel vs. cast iron?
