if you only ever make one of my recipes make it this one it is my feta pistachio dip and I have had people come up to me on nights out asking for this recipe it is so versatile i usually use it as a dip with tortilla chips and serve it at barbecues but it’s great as a sandwich spread too or like today I’ve used it in place of hummus in a nourish bowl you need olive oil shelled pistachios feta cheese Greek yogurt garlic powder and lemon juice if you have dill and coriander they make great additions too blend everything up but here I’m serving it with roasted zucchini crispy air fried potatoes chicken mints and pomegranate seeds but it works unreal with lamb too as a dietitian I’m all about food that is both nutritious and delicious and as always don’t forget to save room for dessert
