have you ever had this fish before of course you have it’s called bronzino or Mediterranean sea bass probably the most played out fish in all of Los Angeles you can walk into almost any modern restaurant and they most likely will have some kind of bronzino on the menu but that doesn’t mean it isn’t a good fish on the contrary there’s a reason why it’s everywhere it’s mild delicate flaky easy to cook can be paired with almost anything and pretty affordable it’s also probably the ideal fish for people who may not like anything quote unquote fishy for my client’s first course they had the zucchini soup from yesterday’s video and for their main they requested the almighty bronzino i served it with a vibrant green asparagus puree roasted cauliflower grilled heirloom carrots with honey and pistachios the famous avocado rose our grilled bronzino and some gently roasted cherry tomatoes a light dish for a lady’s lunchon

  1. Looks amazing Chef I watch your videos and honestly you never miss you are so inspirational I'm in Los Angeles and I would love to try your food one day and even learn from you I would love to be a chef myself

  2. No, I actually haven't. I tend to stick to seafood I grew up on. That being said I've probably had some that aren't wildly eaten in the states as well. It is one on my list I want try at the Greek restaurant we have here. I miss going to the "docks" and getting fish from the guy that caught it, and eating them teeth to tail (the cheeks, eyes, and marrow on some fish are so delicious).

  3. Didn't know it was such a fancy fish in the US, you can find it in literally any supermarket in Italy lol. If I'm buying whole fish, 8 times out of 10 it's either branzino or orata (gilt-head bream)

  4. sadly the only fish ive had is salmon, cod and another fish that apperantly called perch in english πŸ˜”
