per 1 taco

Recipe
– 2 tsp vegetable oil
– 1/6 Onion
– 3 Chicken Breasts (600g)
– 1 can Tomato Soup
– 1 tbsp onion powder
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
– 1 tbsp chilli powder
– pinch of salt and pepper
– Wheat or Corn tortillas for better Macros
– Fat free Sour Cream
– Fat free Cheese
and any toppings of your likings

And that is how you make this easy shredded chicken taco packed with 32 gram of protein and absolutely delicious. Cheers. First, you’re going to dice up three chicken breasts. They don’t got to be perfect cuz they’re going to get shredded later. Then you’re going to grease your pan and over medium high heat, you’re going to toss in your chicken. After that cooks for about 2 minutes, you’re going to throw in your diced onions. Now that your chicken’s done, you’re going to toss it into a bowl to use an electric mixer if you have one. If not, I’m just going to use a whisk. Oh, yeah. Now that it’s all shredded, you’re going to toss it back into the bowl. with tomato sauce and the seasonings listed below and then toss it back onto medium heat until it simmers. Now, I like to add fat-free sour cream, mango habanero sauce, some cheese on top. You can add red cabbage, avocado, whatever you feel like. I just didn’t have any.
