I donβt find it spicy at all, but it has good flavor! I keep it around as my standard Cajun seasoning for grilled chicken and/or shrimp

It’s great on freshly buttered corn on the cob!

The heat is alright, but it just doesn’t work as a Cajun seasoning if you need it in something like red beans and rice. It’s pretty good on stuff that needs a lot of salt, but I find it almost too salty
