Heirloom Tomato Fattoush Salad


Heirloom tomato fattoush salad is a gorgeous and robust Mediterranean salad that is full of colorful heirloom tomatoes, crispy pita chips and dressed with a tangy pomegranate molasses vinaigrette.

Move over caprese salad. We have a much more flavorful tomato salad here. This is an heirloom tomato fetush salad. Let’s start with the vinegrett. There’s so much flavor going on here. Pomegrant molasses, balsamic, honey, olive oil, and fresh lemon juice. Give everything a good mix and set that aside. Now, the base of this Middle Eastern salad is heirloom tomatoes. Give them a good chop. Add some zatar, some fresh cucumbers, some alleo pepper, lots of fresh mint, and give everything a good mix. Drizzle that beautiful vinegrett that you just made. And what makes fatou salad fat salad is crispy pita chips. Add those in and plate everything up onto a large platter. Now, for another layer of texture, I like adding a dollop of creamy minty yogurt just for another layer of flavor. Some olive oil. And how good does that look?
