That cheddar spent 5 years maturing for you to use it like that? I’d still eat it though

Please send your Gofundme account so we can all pitch in for a few more slices of cheese.

How does one smash a burger on a grill?

Any pics after they got smashed?

I mean, they look pretty tasty but they aren’t smash burgers and the cheese is all wrong. There isn’t enough of it and you really shouldn’t use an aged cheddar like that for a burger because they don’t melt that well.

I’m sure they tasted great. Smashing a burger before the cooking process is just forming the patty, not a smash burger.

You use this word but I’m not sure if you know what it means.

Where’s the smash burger

This is not a smash burger.
Literally just a grilled burger.

Eggplant condiment, interesting.
Also could use more cheese but looks good overall!
