  • Homemade Salsiccia, aged for two days
  • Pancetta
  • Soffritto (finely diced onion, carrot & celery)
  • Tomato paste
  • 2 cans of Mutti tomatoes
  • A splash of milk – repeatedly bring the milk to a boil, skimming off the skin each time and stirring only the skin into the sauce
