Mussels Marinara ~Cozze alla marinara
A family favourite and one of those dishes you have to try if you love seafood . A typical dish served as antipasto in Italian homes or restaurants made with fresh cherry tomatoes, garlic, parsley and white wine! Let me know if you try this easy dish?

Ingredients :
 3-4lbs fresh mussels, cleaned
 3 garlic cloves, whole
 2-3 stems of parsley , whole
 10 cherry tomatoes, halves
 1/2 cup white wine
 Olive oil
 Salt
 Fresh parsley
 Lemon juice
**make sure to clean mussels well, remove the beard and rinse under cold water
 **to a deep pan add olive oil, garlic and parsley stems. Leave it for 1-2 minutes then add in cherry tomatoes and a little salt
 **add in the mussels and white wine and make sure to cover the mussels so the open about 5 minutes or so
 **toss them  gently , sprinkle some fresh parsley and squeeze some fresh lemon juice on top
 **serve with toasted bread for dipping into that beautiful white wine sauce!
