1kg beef mince
1 onion
2 spring onions
5 garlic cloves
2 cup mixed peppers
Jalapenos as required
2 tbsp light soy sauce
Parsley
Lemon juice

►Spices

1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne

►Sauce

¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1 tbsp mustard
2 small gherkins
1/2 cup pickle jucie
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup Jalapenos
1 sun dried tomato
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp onion
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp chives
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp sugar

►Fries

1 tsp red chili
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp onion
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp msg
1 tsp mustard

► Other Ingredients

Jalapenos
Pickles
Grated cheese
Lettuce
Cabbage
Tortillas (warm them up before using)

I’m going to show you how to make the best beef and cheese wrap. This beef burrito is juicy, cheesy, so delicious. Without further ado, let’s get started. Chef presents. Here I’m using beef mince, which is 80/20. 20% is fat and 80% is lean beef. Ideally, you want to use the chuck part of the beef. You could also use steak instead. We’re also going to add some of the wedges in the beef, you know, make it more flavorful. Here, I’m using spring onion greens. just finely choppy. You want to separate the whites from the greens. You can use the green part for garnishing. Also using some of the red onion. Again, finely chop this. Of course, we’re going to use some of the garlic cloves for more flavor. Garlic and beef goes very well together. So, always use smash the garlic. And then you can easily remove the peel. Again, just finely chop this. And for a bit of heat, I’m using jalapenos. And finally, we’re going to use these peppers. You know, red, green, yellow. We’re going to serve the burrito with this garlic jalapeno sauce. Grab yourself a blender in with the mayonnaise with a sour cream. Good touch of mustard in there. For more flavor, I’m using some of these pickled gerkins. also some of the pickle juice, fresh garlic paste, fresh lemon juice, or use vinegar. Jalapenos, you can use fresh or pickled to add a bit of umami rich flavor. I’m using sundried tomato. Now, for the spices, we’re using a garlic and onion powder, black pepper, salt, smoked paprika, chives, parsley, some the sugar. All go straight in. Now, you want to cover and blend this until nice and smooth. I’m just going to have a little taste here. Wow, so rich in flavor. Perfect consistency. Exactly what we’re looking for. Leave it in the fridge to rest for a few hours before using. Let the flavors develop even more. I’m using here an iron skillet. Get the pan nice and hot. Turn up the heater on medium high. And now I’m going to cook the beef in batches just to ensure it doesn’t stop boiling. You know, it’s going to release a lot of water if you add all the beef together. So, just keep that in mind. All right. So, the pan is nice and hot. You know, I can feel it. I’m just going to throw in the beef and press it down. Just be careful not to touch the pan. Of course, I’m using my hands, you know, it’s easier that way. There’s no need to add any oil. There is enough fat in there. I’m just going to sear it for around 2 3 minutes and then turn it. Amazing color on the beef. Exactly what we’re looking for. Let’s add rest of the beef into that. Browning the beef will definitely a lot of flavor. So, make sure you definitely do this process. Just going to add rest of the beef into that. And I really break down the beef and let it cook until it’s almost done. You know exactly what we’re looking for. Nicely brown. This is where the flavor is. Make sure you definitely follow these steps if you want to try the best beef burrito. For best results, I always recommend that you use a cast iron skillet or you can use a steel pan, you know. Look at that. Beautiful. Here we go. Our onions, jalapenos, garlic, some of the spring onions. All go straight in. Our mixed peppers. [Music] A really good mix of that. [Applause] You want to saute those veggies. Now for the spices we’re using here. Black pepper, salt, garlic, some of the cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper. A good mix and all goes straight in. Look at that. Mix that. And you want to cook the rawness of those spices, you know, just a little bit. Wow. Amazing. Nice and juicy. Should take you around 4 to 5 minutes. And then kill the heat. Cook the rawness of that garlic. Like I said, one of the best burrito that you guys going to try. Going to be packed with so much flavor. Trust me, you have to control the heat. You know, right now the heat is on high because when you add certain ingredients into that, the temperature goes down. If you need to delaze it, use a bit of the water. Add a light touch of light soy sauce in there for more flavor. At this point of time, you can have a little bit of taste and, you know, adjust the salt if needed. Just a pepper. Just turn off the heat now. Throw in some of the spring onion greens. A bit of the parsley. Fresh lemon juice. You know, adds a bit of acidity. A final mix to that. Oh, look at that. Now, if you want, you can mix in the cheese now or later. You know, it’s really up to you. Nice juicy beef, you know, ready for our burritos. We’re going to serve the wrap with some of the fries. And these are the spices that I’m going to use. I’ve got here red chili, cayenne, salt, garlic and onion powder. Some of the paprika, MSG, and mustard powder. A really good mix to that. Set aside with your cooked fries and some of the vinegar. A good amount of our spices. These need to be well seasoned. All right, just look at that. Let’s make our beef and cheese wrap. Galapenos, pickles, our delicious sauce, some of the cheese. Use mozzarella or cheddar, whatever you like. Lettuce and some of the cabbage. Totally optional. Our cooked beef. Or first, you want to throw in some of the beef into this plate. And now throw in some of your favorite cheese. And we’re going to melt this in the microwave. Grab your warm tortilla. First, we’re going with our sauce. Add a generous amount of it. Always. Some of the lettuce, little bit of the cabbage if you like. Now, our beef with melted cheese right on top. Some of the pickles, jalapenos if you like, you know, some of these fries, some of our cheese sauce. Look at that. Load that out. Some of our spices. Some more of this garlic and jalapeno sauce. And now you’re just going to roll this up. All right. Tuck everything in the middle. Here we go. Just make sure it’s nice and tight. So, it’s close from this side and this side. And now, let’s toast this from all sides. All right, let’s make another one. Add the sauce and some the lettuce and cabbage. You can also throw in some of the tomatoes if you like. Add the beef with melted cheese. You can throw some of the pickle. You know, a bit more jalapenos if you like. Now, in this one, you can throw in some of the tortilla chips. Just like so. Some the cheese sauce, mixed spices, and a bit of our garlic and jalapeno sauce. Amazing. Just a little bit of cabbage on the top. Look how you do it. Super easy. And fold that in. All right. Make sure it’s nice and tight. And again, we’re going to toast this. All right, guys. Let’s plate this up. Add of our amazing beef and cheese wrap. Serving it with our amazing fries.
