Shredded Chicken, My favorite BBQ sauce (Carolina Gold), Melted Cheddar, Coleslaw, and Bread and Butter Pickles!

  1. Combine bbq sauce and shredded chicken (you can use rotisserie chicken)
  2. Add chicken/sauce mixture to one side of Hawaiian rolls. Add some cheddar cheese on top of the chicken and also on the inside of the other side of the rolls.
  3. Bake at 325F until the cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from the oven and layer on coleslaw and pickles. Enjoy!

Note: I make a tangy coleslaw by mixing shredded cabbage cole slaw mix with vinaigrette. I used my favorite mango vinaigrette from Trader Joe’s but you can use any that you like.
