Tomato Sauce Kebab Recipe

Ingredients:
• 500g minced beef
• 1 tsp chili flakes
• ½ tsp red chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• ½ tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp paprika powder
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, chopped
• Small handful fresh coriander, chopped
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 1 tbsp flour
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 cup tomato purée (fresh tomatoes + 1 tbsp tomato paste)
• 1 red bell pepper, diced

Instructions:
1. Mix beef with spices, onion, garlic, coriander, baking soda, flour, and oil.
2. Shape into small kebabs and fry until golden.
3. Add tomato purée to the pan and cook until thickened.
4. Stir in diced red bell pepper and cook for 3–4 minutes.
5. Return kebabs to the sauce, simmer briefly.
6. Serve hot with naan or rice.

Kunafa Custard Dessert

Ingredients:
• 2 cups full-fat milk
• 1½ tbsp cornflour
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• 3 tbsp sugar
• Store-bought kunafa
• Store-bought pistachio spread

Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, cornflour, vanilla sugar, and sugar. Whisk well until smooth.
2. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
3. Remove from heat and allow the custard to cool.
4. In a small glass mold, layer the dessert: start with a layer of custard, then a layer of kunafa. Repeat the layers once more.
5. Spread pistachio spread on top, then sprinkle a little kunafa for decoration.
6. Refrigerate the dessert until chilled and set.

Chicken Bread Recipe

Dough Ingredients:
• 2 cups flour (240g)
• 190 ml warm milk
• 1 tsp yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp oil

Filling Ingredients:
• 1 chicken breast, diced
• ½ tbsp garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp oil
• ½ tsp chili flakes
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp black pepper
• Salt, to taste
• 1 tsp tomato paste
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
• 3 tbsp shredded mozzarella

Topping:
• 1 egg (for egg wash)
• Black sesame seeds

Instructions:
1. Mix warm milk, yeast, sugar, salt, and oil. Add flour and knead into dough. Let rise.
2. Sauté garlic in oil, add chicken and spices, cook 15 minutes. Add tomato paste and bell pepper, cook briefly. Cool and mix with mayo, ketchup, chili sauce, and cheese.
3. Roll dough, add filling, fold and seal.
4. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle sesame seeds, and bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until golden.

Asalam alaikum and Hello friends 😊 Hope you all are doing great It means a lot that you’re here right now.💕😊 time for breakfast today’s breakfast: rye bread, egg, avocado It’s been a bit warm in Helsinki these days. Hope it stays warm a little longer. Planning to spend more time outdoors. my language school starts in 2 weeks can’t believe summer break is almost over time really flies during the holidays coffee and a simple breakfast, perfect together let’s have breakfast my new spoon organizer arrived from Shein I also ordered a spoon set that fits perfectly with the organizer. let’s open this up better quality than I expected everything looks just like I hoped really happy with the spoon quality washing and then organizing the drawer kids are out with dad for a while fits perfectly in the drawer just washed and dried the spoons looks clean and tidy making lunch for the kids My kids don’t eat much in the morning, so early lunch it is I mixed 190 ml warm milk, 1 tsp yeast, 1 tsp sugar, salt to taste, and 2 tbsp oil together. Recipe details are in the description. 2 cup flour (240 grams) Mix it well now using my hands to knead the dough adding a little oil for smoothness covering and letting it rise preparing the chicken filling added ½ tbsp garlic and 2 tbsp oil to the pan adding chicken breast, cut into small pieces spices in: ½ tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp paprika, ½ tsp black pepper + salt Mix it well, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Finely chopping green bell pepper. This small chopper is from Shein. Once the chicken is cooked, add 1 tsp tomato paste and the chopped bell pepper. Fry it on high heat. Its ready dough doubled in size When the chicken cools, add 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp ketchup, and 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce. adding 3 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese Mix it well Flatten the dough, add 2 tbsp chicken mixture, Fold and seal the dough into a triangle. Apply egg wash and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. It’s baked beautifully and ready to serve. My kids are going to love this! I’m at the market..needed a few things. Oranges Pears Canarymelon Salad Potatoes Cucumber and red bell pepper Salad cheese Frozen strawberries Now at the next shop, looking for a cupcake mold. Found the cupcake mold. Done with shopping, going home. The bus also goes near our home, but I love walking. He’s loving the view on the way home. We’re home now. Now arranging the things I bought. Got this cupcake mold at a very low price, and it’s great quality. My son got tired from the outing and fell asleep. Needed something refreshing . making cold coffee. Just what I needed on this hot day. Feeling refreshed after this cold coffee. Using leftover kunafa and pistachio spread for a quick dessert. Pouring 2 cups of full-fat milk into the saucepan. Adding 1½ tbsp cornflour, 1 tsp vanilla sugar, and 3 tbsp sugar. Mix it well Stir continuously over medium heat until creamy and thick. Set aside to cool. In a small glass mold, layer custard, then kunafa, repeat, and finish with pistachio spread on top. The kunafa is from an Arabic shop, and I got the pistachio spread at Lidl. Adding a little kunafa on top for decoration. Now chilling it in the fridge. Time to make dinner. Cooking kebabs and planning to add tomato purée for flavor. flakes, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, and 1 tsp paprika powder. Salt to taste I chopped 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, and some fresh coriander in the chopper. Add ½ tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp flour, and 2 tbsp oil to the mixture. Mix it well Now frying the kebabs. Preparing small-sized kebabs. Cooking the kebabs on medium heat. Finely chopped tomatoes in the chopper, now adding 1 tbsp tomato paste Dicing the red bell pepper. Kebabs done! Adding tomato puree to the pan and will mix kebabs once it’s cooked. Let it cook until the tomato sauce dries up. Mixing kebabs with the tomato sauce. Now adding the diced red bell pepper. I made simple naan, but didn’t record the recipe. Fresh salad ready, topped with feta cheese. Our dinner is ready! Went out after dinner, kids had a great time playing. Now they’re sleeping. Slicing canary melon for my husband. Making fresh orange juice for myself. Keeping the pulp makes the juice richer and healthier with extra vitamins and fiber. Honey and little water Relaxing with my orange juice. My favorite way to relax , watching TV. Gentle skincare before bedtime. Next day Spent the day outside grilling and enjoying good company.   1. Salam aalaykoum, oui j'ai apprécié la vidéo d'aujourd'hui. Tres bel endroit pour un pique-nique. Pour les cours de langues, vous êtes enseignante ou étudiante??? S'il vous plaît utilisez une cuillère en silicone pour remuer dans votre poêle car en utilisant la cuillère vous allez la rayer, ce qui serait dommage. Vos plats ôt l'air délicieux, allah ibarek.
