Welcome to W’s quick tips and trick cooking channel and today I’m come up with sesa salad original sesa salad which is always made with enkovis and uh so here are some ankovies like these are like 20 ankovves over here and uh in original I will tell you original they used to uh use everything raw means like they would debone this fish mash it and then make a paste and use for the salad. But nowadays it’s healthy, not healthy, I don’t know. But I would prefer to steam this. Okay. So what I’m going to do is to double boil and steam this fish and make paste out of it. So you need ankovi for that. Then the main ingredients over here is second one is uh Roman lectures uh leaves or salad leaves. What uh you have to use this only. Okay. And uh it’s around 230 g 89 rupees. So you can use that for salad or you can use u uh green lactus uh salad leaves. So I’m using Roman. So that is the second ingredient. The third ingredients. The main one is uh croutons. So you can make toast at home. Get sliced bread, fry it with olive oil and you can do but I’m using this baked uh toast for my salad. So I will make it into small pieces. So around uh 1 2 4 6 eight eight out of you can use more also how you want. Then again they used to use this raw eggs yolk with half2 cup of olive oil and then beat it up nicely and then it was like a mise but I would prefer again over here not to take raw. I will take a boiled two boiled eggs yolk. Then this is dijon mustard sauce. So it is easily available. So you can get this. So we will be adding around uh 2 tbsp of this. Then we need this parmesan cheese uh which is expensive. This is 300 uh rupees for this 100 g. And uh in original they used to uh add around one cup of uh grated Parmesan cheese. But whatever you want, you can use how much you want. Then we need uh some one lime. Uh we’ll be adding uh not half2 cup of olive oil, but we’ll add around 2 tbsp of olive oil for this salad. Then we need one uh tablespoon of garlic paste. Some pepper, black pepper crushed around 1 tbsp. We will use worcester sauce. So you have to check accordingly and then add your salt. So hope uh you have got the idea what the scar salad needs. So first thing I will go now and steam this and debone and make a paste out of it. And also kindly note uh this fish is anko vi not the veos but anko vi so it’s easily available so it doesn’t have any scales it is smooth only we have to steam this now so these are the locus velo see it has got scale I wanted to show you all and this doesn’t have scale and also see this looks like sardin but it is not sardin it is enkobi. So we need like this fish for the salad which is original ingredients with less oil and everything less. Okay. So, let’s wash this nicely. Then then again in original uh sesa salad they used to not cut the leaves but they used to keep like this only and then they to uh serve. Okay. So if you want to cut it then you can cut it or if you want don’t want to cut it then just separate this and then anybody wants to cut this then please you can cut this also. We’ll wash this nicely. It’s also not wasting. So these are like around uh 230 g and 89 rupees. So I have cut few and few I will keep it long and these are my enco which are steamed and I will t-bone it. Okay. So what I will do I will take this debon steamed fish and goi fish and mash it and make a paste and I will add our garlic paste to this. So around one tablespoon we will put for this fish. Okay. And we will mesh this all together so we get a paste. And flavor also for the fish. Done. So this is done. So this is also done. Then we will cut our toast. So however you want to cut, just cut this. So these are big toast. more smaller then more and this salad has to be eaten instant. Okay, make it and then eat it. So like this also we’ll make toast. So now let’s mix our mustard sauce. and anchor past. Then we’ll add one heaped tablespoon of olive oil. Olive oil. Then our egg yolks boiled one. Then we’ll add our worster sauce. So 1 tbsp we add. Okay. We’ll add 1 and a half. Then we’ll add our lime juice. So half I will add here and half I will add on the leaves. Okay. Then we have to add our black pepper. Salt. We will check later. And now we will mix this first. Then we’ll add our parmesan cheese. So all goes well add little bit check and then add our salt. We need little bit of salt for this. [Music] So, we’ll add salt in this. Okay. And we’ll also add our cheese. So, grated cheese little bit here. And then little bit on the salad leaves. And we mix this all together. So this is our mix is ready. And now you can also mash that egg yolks actually in a mixer if you want and instead of two you can add little bit more also. Up to you. Now we will do our dressing. So first thing we will keep this aside and we will season our leaves. Okay. A little bit of salt on that. So, we’ll add little bit of salt to this. And lime juice to this. Okay. Then mix this all nicely. before it goes to this. Then we’ll add some pepper powder also. A little bit of olive oil to this also. Yes. So now what we have to do? So this is done. Now we take this We’ll add our croutons. Mix this. Okay. So that it goes for everything. And now we will add our leaves also to this. Slowly slowly I’ll add so everything goes to the entire cell. I will mix this. Mix this nicely. So all goes very well. Okay. Our salad is ready. to serve. So what we’ll do, we will assemble this like this how it was in the original. And uh let’s serve this. serve and enjoy this. It is totally healthy. Nothing is raw. And do tell me how was it. And yes uh these are the egg y just for dressing garnishing you can keep this way and our parmesan Please. And here comes our parmesan cheese. So hope you all will all enjoy this sesa salad.
