I have had porchetta sandwiches from many different places ( including Italy) in life, I like their price, fresh bread, chew of thick slices of pork, how they use good amount of herbs & spices, loved the spicy heat at the end.
Paying $1.25 extra for generous amount of roasted red pepper worth it!
