Aloha and welcome back to Pineapple Top Hava. Mahalo for joining us once again for another quick and easy recipe. Today we’re making a super quick and easy pork chow fun stir fry just like fried rice or even any kind of stir fry. You’re just using whatever vegetables and protein you have. So I had a bag of chopped soy vegetables and some of this pork. So I figured let’s whip up a quick meal. Okay, first thing we’re going to do is fry up our pork. Medium to high heat is what we have on this pot. It is a one pot meal, so it’s super simple. All we’re going to do is salt our meat. Um, sometimes the meat, because there’s a lot inside a pot, it ends to kind of steam in its own juices. I kind of dump that out and then continue to frying my pork. Whenever I make a stir fry or um cha noodle, I like the pork a little bit of on the crispier side. So, I do have it at a higher heat. Um, and then after that, I kind of add in my ingredients. So, chopped up garlic. The only seasoning I’m using other than salt is some oyster sauce. And that’s basically the base of your dish’s flavor. If you want to add in a little heat with a little chili peppers, totally up to you, but I’m going to keep it kind of neutral tonight. Um, after that, we’re just going to add in a pack of our stir- fry vegetables. Now, if you don’t have this, go ahead and just cut up some celery, carrot, and onion. Works the same. And then, like I said, you can add in any vegetables that you like. So, I had a little bit of leftover cabbage, so I ended up throwing that in as well. Um, these cha noodles are fresh, so I don’t need to boil any dried noodles. So, that’s why I’m putting it directly into my pot. If you do have the dried ones, just go ahead and boil that before doing this step. After that, I’m just going to add a little bit of water to bring it all together. I do cover it for about 5 minutes so that the flavors can kind of get into each other. And that’s pretty much it. That is our one pot pork chow fun noodle dish. Um, like I said, use any protein or veggies that you like. My pro tip would be um to just make sure that your protein is cooked first. After that, you can throw in all of the rest of your vegetables and it comes together super quick. Mahalo for watching another video. We hope to see you folks again next week. Hope you have a great week.
