I sautéed these vegetable in high heat, using Salt & Pepper, Glazed Teriyaki Sauce.

Hi folks, Chef Kazzy here and today my kids, my three kids, they’re all big adult, but they’re going to do the camp. Camp camping camping means cousin camp house. I don’t know how how you say that. This year our schedule is very tied up. Every weekend we are busy. So my younger son and my daughter is with us and my big son he live with his wife in separate his own house. So all three or four of them actually they’re going to their cousin house. They stay all day. Then tonight my younger son and my daughter will be in my big son house. their sleepover and then tomorrow morning they will be again cousin another cousin house or I don’t know some somewhere so they can spend all day and that is their camping so anyway my daughter asked me if I can make some saute vegetable so let’s see what I have in the fridge I might do some purple and white onions uh Any bell peppers? Colorful bell peppers. I see some broccolini. Not a broccolini. What do you call that, man? Is a cauliflower but green color. I see one green one, one purple one. Whatever I find. And some zucchini also. Whatever I find inside the fridge, I can make julian cut and dice it. Whatever. And then I saute for them for eight people. Okay. So, let’s go. So, here you go. This is the vegetable we have today. [Music] Some broccoli. Broco, sorry. Cauliflower, purple cauliflower, green cauliflower. Okay. And one, this is from our garden. Zucchini, purple onion, some colorful pepper. That’s all. Okay. By the way, I got some crusted garlic. This California garlic. Okay. We crushed it. [Music] [Music] [Music] This part is taste bitter. It’s no good. [Music] I don’t want the inside one. [Music] [Music] [Music] So because we have air condition inside the house, I don’t want to smell the house. I’m going to do the cooking outdoor. Okay. Good idea. Look how I peel my onions. [Music] Okay, I have to wash those vegetable but I don’t need to rinse the onions. [Music] [Music] So this one I have to rinse it and that’s one I have to boil it. So I have 1 tbsp of ginger and 1 tbsp garlic here. Right. Heat is very low, purple onion. Now I can put the heat up. Yeah. [Music] [Music] [Music] Mushrooms was a little old. So that’s why it’s dark. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. I made my own ball. This one has rice teriyaki sauce and oyster sauce mix. [Music] [Music] Okay, I put little touch of honey. One teaspoon. That’s is ready. There you go. I don’t want to put any black pepper or or any kind of hot stuff because there are some kids involved there and I don’t think they can manage it. Beautiful. Cut it off. That is done.
