Breakfast: Fat free Skyr with raspberries and chia seeds
Lunch: one corn cake and one crisp bread with cream cheese and smoked trout, pecans and cucumber
Snack: Protein bar and plum
Dinner: Salad with beef carpaccio (and lots of onion and garlic 🧄)
Dessert: Skyr with fruits, a bit of nuts, one piece of dark chocolate and a little bit of matcha honey

Are the chia ok to eat like that? I’ve heard they need TIME in liquids before ingesting. 🤷🏼♀️
That all looks so good, especially the smoked trout! Brilliant serving idea, I’m going to have to give that a try.
please be careful eating dry chia seeds, always soak them before consumption!!!
