CANTON, Ohio –Gervasi Vineyard is giving wine enthusiasts an opportunity to combine education and pleasure at its new Wine Camp, Nov. 7-9 on the Gervasi Campus.
Created in partnership with the American Wine School, the weekend offers enough education to earn the well-recognized WSET Level 1 Certification in Wines. WSET — Wine & Spirit Education Trust – is a leading provider of internationally recognized wine qualifications.

Outside the classroom campers will enjoy vineyard tours, gourmet meals and overnight accommodation.
“This is perfect for a fun girls getaway or the couple looking for a fun/romantic weekend,” said Andrea Hartman, spokesperson for Gervasi. “There is also plenty of time throughout the weekend for guests to go and enjoy the property and the Spa.”
At the end of the weekend, participants can take the WSET Level 1 exam, a 30-question multiple choice test. Those who pass receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin and the credibility of their new certification.
