An easy, delicious dinner on the grill in just a few minutes ⏰🍗
Today we’re grilling some teriyak chicken, some peaches, and asparagus. Very simple. You just need some boneless chicken breast. And I’m using this teriyak marinade, which will also be the sauce. To help cook the chicken quickly, I’m going to butterfly it to get it nice and thin. And you just need about a/2 cup of the marinade per pound of chicken. We’ll let it soak in that for about 30 minutes in the fridge and then get those on the grill over medium heat. For the asparagus, these will get some olive oil, a little garlic salt, and I also like some black pepper. For the peaches, I cut those in half. And then these will also get some olive oil and garlic salt. Then we’ll get those on the grill. They just take about 1 to 2 minutes. When the chicken’s done, let it rest for about 10 minutes. Then I like to chop it up and add a little bit more of that teriyak sauce. Teriyak grilled chicken. Cheers.

Brother I'm gonna trust the process. If I hadn't seen this video I would have NEVER thought to try garlic salt on peaches. I never even cooked a peach. I've canned, jellied, baked, or just eaten them raw. I will try this and update the comment for those also curious about this.
