Here are the dishes in the photos (all vegan of course):
* Palak paneer with crispy curried potatoes and turmeric rice * Chicken caesar salad with homemade sourdough croutons * Roast veg with lentils on whipped tofu tahini * Soup dumplings with cold miso noodles * Pasta alla vodka with grilled homegrown courgette and cabbage * Summer pasta salad * Crunch wrap supreme * Vellutata di zucchine (creamy courgette soup) with toasted almonds and cheesy garlic bread (not pictured) * Mac n cheese in a homemade green chilli cheese sauce, crispy chicken and roast broccoli * Freekeh salad with a chive dressing, griddled tofu and courgette with smoked hummus * Gochujang noodles with “oyster” tofu and veg * Lemongrass curry noodles with homemade wontons and pickled veg
