LEMON & HERB CREAMED CHICKEN BREAST

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Breast – 900g
Unsalted Butter – 45g
Garlic – 1head
Cooking Cream – 200g
Lemon Fresh Juice – 3tbsp
Salt – 1/2tsp
Pepper – 1/2tsp
Water – 1/2cup
Honey – 2tsp
Parsley chopped – 1/2cup

To season meat:
Salt 1tsp
Pepper
Paprika

1. Meat prep
Start by slicing chicken breast in half horizontally to create a thinner cutlets.
Season meat with salt, pepper, and paprika – on both sides.
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
Melt butter.
Add chicken breast and fry for about 2-3min each side.
Set aside

2. Sauce prep
Now for the sauce, saute garlic until it becomes light brown
Add cooking cream, pepper, lemon fresh juice, water, salt, and honey
Mix well and bring to boil

3. Cooking it all together
Add the chicken and cook for 15min
Add chopped parsley and cook for 5min

4. Serve and Enjoy!
