• 1 16 oz bag mini sweet peppers cut in half & seeded
• 6 peices bacon, cooked + crumbled (i use bacon bits to make it quicker if needed!)
• 1 jalapeño diced, seeded & rinsed
•1 -8 oz package low fat cream cheese softened (can use regular too)
•1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
**INSTRUCTIONS**
1. Wash sweet peppers, dice in half and seed. Then, seed & dice up the jalepeno peppers into small pieces.
2. Mix the cream cheese, onion powder & Worcestershire together. Once mixed well, add the crumbled bacon, diced jalepeno pepper, cheddar cheese.
3. Add about a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture to each sweet pepper. Depending on the size of the pepper you could use less or more. Sprinkle with more cheese if you wish. Enjoy!!
Notes: as long as you seed jalepenos— this recipe is pretty mild!
