Just picked up this 26” Master Touch. My first grill and first time cooking with charcoal. A little intimidating but I think I’ve watched enough YouTube. Excited for the versatility of this thing. I’m hoping my 2 sons and I will enjoy this for years.

The trick is always making 2-3 different meats. That way SOMETHING has to turn out right 😂

I have the same one – great call! I saw on another comment you want to do chicken thighs, check out the Chud bbq video on YouTube. Basically pile coals to one side and run it vents wide open, thighs on the other side (skin on bone in) and don’t open the lid for 45 minutes. Best thighs ever!
Nice! Just did a pork loin, corn on the cob, and cauliflower on mine. Nice to keep the heat out of the house and take advantage of all that space

Do you have a chimney starter yet? They’re so helpful in starting the charcoal quickly. Don’t be intimidated! Grilling gets easier as you go. Have fun with it!!
