Homemade sauce and meatballs, de cecco spaghetti, topped with pecorino romano

  1. Sauce: 3 cans crushed tomatoes, sautéed onions and garlic, Italian seasoning, cooked in the meatball fat from searing. Cooked the meatballs in the sauce for about 1.5hrs after searing. Added fresh basil last 10 minutes

    Meatballs:Used soaked Italian breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, pecorino romano(highly recommend), half pork half beef, 3 eggs

    I might steal this for next weekend thinking off stuffing the meatballs with some mozarella in centre 🤔
