I originally posted one of my bowls in a comment and it got a lot of interest, so I was inspired to make a post!

The chicken and steak bowls were 650 calories per bowl, while the sweet potato turkey bacon hash was (believe it or not) only 500 calories!

The sauce on the sweet potato hash was low fat plain Greek yogurt mixed with water and sriracha sauce. Such a good low cal/high protein creamy sriracha and you can make A LOT of sauce for only 50 cals.

The steak bowls had mango and pineapple (cilantro, tomato, and onion) pico for a nice kick and very low calories!

These bowls were all extremely filling and I can never finish them.

    Sorry for the egg on my shirt in the last pic 🥲 didn’t wear an apron lol and couldn’t wait to eat.

    & edit to add: I am by no means a great cook, these bowls are super easy to make for anyone and if you pre-chop veggies/meat on a Sunday, these all take 20 mins or less to prepare during the week.
