This isn’t your basic pasta salad—it’s loaded with Italian meats, fresh veggies, and a creamy, tangy dressing made with a little help from @blueplatemayonnaise7883 Perfect for summer cookouts, game days, or meal prep!

Ingredients
• ½ cup Blue Plate mayonnaise
• ½ cup Italian dressing
• Boudreaux’s Backyard Low & Slow Simmer Seasoning, to taste
• 1 (16 oz.) package rotini pasta, cooked al dente
• 8 oz. mozzarella pearls
• 8 oz. assorted cured Italian meats (like salami, pepperoni, or capicola), diced
• ½ cup diced red onion
• ¼ cup chopped roasted red peppers
• ½ cup olives (Kalamata and/or green), sliced or whole
• ¼ cup diced pepperoncini peppers
• 1 cucumber, quartered and diced
• 8 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved
• Balsamic vinegar, for drizzling
• Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
• Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Directions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Italian dressing, Boudreaux’s Backyard Low & Slow Simmer Seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Add the cooked rotini and toss until well coated.
3. Fold in mozzarella pearls, cured meats, red onion, roasted red peppers, olives, pepperoncini, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
4. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and a handful of torn fresh basil.
5. Chill until ready to serve. Tastes even better the next day!

Check it out. The Auntie Pastto pasta salad that’s going to keep you at the party whether you was invited or not. Now, I want a really creamy base for this one. We’re going to start out with a half a cup of that blue plate mayo. We’re going to add in a half a cup of Italian dressing. I’m going to go ahead and add in a little bit of my low and slow seasoning and a little bit of salt and pepper. Mix this up well. Now add in one package of cooked rotini noodles. We’ll go ahead and toss that up. Now, here’s where it gets fun. You can add into this anything you want. Going out with some mozzarella pearls, some cut up Italian meats. I got some salami pushcido and a little bit of pepperoni. Some diced up red onion. Some roasted red bell pepper, green olives, some peppercis. Finish it off the call of the salad. I got some coiled up cucumber and some half cherry tomatoes. Now, let’s mix it all together. Let’s go ahead and plate it up. I’m going go ahead top it with a little balsamic drizzle and a little bit of fresh basil. Let’s go ahead and give it a try.
