Tandoori Salmon Tikka
3 Skinless Salmon Fillets, Rinsed, Patted Dry
1/3 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp EVOO
2Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
Tiny Pinch Cayenne
To Taste Salt/Pepper
Parsley and Cilantro Chopped and Garnishing
Mix all ingredients (except fish) in a medium bowl
Cut salmon into small 1.5 inch pieces
Add the Salmon to the mix and let marinade for 15 minutes to an hour
Put oven rack on high shelf in oven
Turn Broil on High for 10 minutes
Place pieces of Salmon onto aluminum or parchment covered baking sheet
Broil for 7-8 minutes until slightly charred, internal temp 145 degrees
Garnish with Fresh Herbs
