How you doing, YouTube? Welcome to Mama Joe’s Kitchen where today she’s fixed up a Caprice pasta salad. Everything in it looks really good. Really fresh. Smells amazing. The balsamic glaze. Uh like you can smell like it just has that that Mediterranean feel to it. Here we go. That container might not last tonight. I’m usually not a big fan of pasta salads, but this the pepperonis. Wow. That kind of makes it next level. It’s like eating a I don’t know like a It’s like eating a a plate of Italy. That’s I mean this is like delicious. Like the the tomatoes, the just the pasta itself is just tender. The balsamic glaze that’s awesome. The basil, it just hits right on the head. The mozzarella cheese. Wow. Like, I don’t know if you can see that or not, but with the glaze on it. I’ve been missing out for a lot of years. The bad part is is our fishing tournament this past weekend.
